1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 568ph ("568ph," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the 568ph online gaming platform, including all games, services, features, and content available at 568ph.net and any associated subdomains or mobile interfaces (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, creating a 568ph account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the Platform. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

568ph reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued photo identification card, passport, or driver's license. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

If 568ph determines at any time that a Player does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in this section, 568ph reserves the right to void all bets placed by that Player, close the account, and return deposited funds (less any amounts already paid out as winnings) at its sole discretion.

3. Account Registration

Each individual may register only one (1) account on the 568ph Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering your 568ph account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration information and must promptly update it if any details change. 568ph shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 568ph login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account — whether or not authorized by you — is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify 568ph support immediately.

568ph reserves the right to refuse account registration, suspend an existing account, or permanently close an account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or where required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on the 568ph Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). 568ph supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as may be made available on the Platform from time to time.

The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Deposits are credited to your 568ph wallet upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. Processing times vary by payment method.
• Withdrawals are subject to identity verification. 568ph may require you to verify your identity before processing any withdrawal request.
• Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. 568ph reserves the right to use alternative methods where necessary.
• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed on the Platform's cashier page. These limits may be adjusted at 568ph's discretion.
• 568ph reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing where it suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms, pending investigation.
• Any funds deposited into your 568ph account that remain unused for an extended period of inactivity may be subject to an inactivity fee as disclosed in the Platform's fee schedule.

You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your 568ph account are from legitimate sources and are not the proceeds of any criminal activity. 568ph complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and may report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities.

5. Betting Rules and Game Play

All bets placed on the 568ph Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or betting market, as published on the Platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and game-specific rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to that game.

• Bets are final once confirmed. 568ph does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been placed and accepted by the system.
• 568ph reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error or human error, and to correct any such errors retroactively.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session, 568ph will endeavor to resolve the issue fairly. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a technical fault, bets for that round will be refunded to the Player's account.
• 568ph uses certified random number generation (RNG) technology for all applicable games. The integrity of game outcomes is independently verified.
• For live casino games, the decisions of the live dealer are final, subject to any applicable game rules and dispute resolution procedures.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

568ph may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives to Players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms attached to each individual offer:

• Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the promotion's specific terms.
• Each promotion is available once per Player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method, unless otherwise stated.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree that you will not, at any time while using the 568ph Platform:

• Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time;
• Attempt to access another Player's account without authorization;
• Use automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform;
• Engage in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting activity designed to manipulate game or betting outcomes;
• Exploit any bug, error, or vulnerability in the Platform's software for financial gain;
• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or the financing of illegal activities;
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the Platform's software or infrastructure;
• Engage in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or impairs the Platform's operation or the experience of other Players.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to the relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

8. Responsible Gaming

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 568ph, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from technical malfunctions, service interruptions, or connectivity issues;
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials;

You may close your 568ph account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon account closure, any remaining balance (subject to verification and these Terms) will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms.
